14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Wash inside out on a cold cycle to protect prints and finishes. Avoid tumble drying and do not iron directly over printed areas. All fur detailing across our range is faux.

Every product carries a height and weight chart plus garment measurements in centimetres. Compare your own measurements to the chart rather than going by the size letter, since fits vary between pieces. Allow 2-4cm variance as items are measured by hand.
Most of our range is cut oversized. If you are between sizes and want a closer fit, size down.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, along with a link to the courier. You can also find it by logging into your account and opening the order.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best. We can usually amend or cancel anything that has not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already gone out, you can still return it under our 14-day returns policy once it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund.
If part of your order is missing, check your dispatch email first in case items shipped separately, then get in touch and we will chase it.
