Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a height and weight chart plus garment measurements in centimetres. Compare your own measurements to the chart rather than going by the size letter alone, since fits vary between pieces.
Do you use unisex sizing?
Yes, across the range. Most pieces run oversized by design. If you are between sizes and want a closer fit, size down.
The size chart says 2-4cm variance. Why?
Garments are measured by hand, so there is a small tolerance between individual items. It is normal in the industry and worth allowing for if you are on the edge between two sizes.
Orders and Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Dispatch takes 2-3 business days, delivery a further 5-8 business days.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.
Will I pay customs charges?
Orders going outside the UK may attract import duties set by your local customs authority. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel anything that has not yet been dispatched.
Returns
What is your returns window?
Fourteen days from delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags.
Who pays return postage?
The customer, unless the item arrived faulty or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
How long do refunds take?
Five to ten business days from when we receive your return, back to your original payment method.
Products
Are your prints going to fade?
Prints are chosen for durability rather than the cheapest transfer method. Wash inside out, cold, and avoid tumble drying to get the most out of them.
Is the fur real?
No. All fur detailing across the range is faux.
Will you restock a sold out size?
Often yes. Message us and we will let you know what is coming back.
